Shipping
We use NZ Post with tracking for our shipping. We have 2 sizes of New Zealand sourced recycled bubble wrapped bags depending on what you order. Anything larger is boxed and costs are worked out at the time of shipping.
TradeMe Shipping Fees
If purchasing through TradeMe, due to the way shipping is calculated, you may pay more for shipping than is needed. In these cases we will credit you any unused shipping costs prior to sending out your order. Tracking details will also be provided. Shipping is free on TradeMe if you order 10 or more mounts.
Direct Purchase Shipping Fees
If purchasing directly, we usually do deals on shipping and/or mounts depending on the order. We pass on some of the saving of the TradeMe fees to you.
Collection Option
We are based in Auckland. Talk to us if you would like to collect your purchase.
Sustainability
We aim to be as sustainable as possible by using plants based plastics in the printing process, minimising waste and using reusable and/or recycled packaging. This is an ongoing process, and as a very small business, we are constantly working to minimise our carbon footprint.

We comply with New Zealand laws on Refunds. If a product is faulty, we will send replacement parts, or you can request a refund.
We are reasonable and will usually happily refund before a shipment is sent for any reason. Should you need to return a product for a refund, the refund will be processed upon receipt of the product.
Refunds do not include shipping costs.
